Have a Dell Poweredge R815 with AMD 6176 Opteron CPU's

Uupgrading all firmware and drivers did not help.

Kind of stuck, and not sure what else to try.

Have you performed the hardware diagnostics?

You can try this Reverting to a previous version of ESXi and check if this is stable..
