ml570 and esx4.0

Hi!

Can i run x64 virtual machines on HP ML570 G3?OS esx4.0.

I have both No-Execute Memory Protection and Intel Virtualization tehnology enabled in bios,but still nothing.

I can upgrade bios,maybe that will help?

Welcome to the Forums - So you have esx4 installed and working? If you do you should be able to build 64 bits VM - what errors are you getting?

According to HCL, the ml570 is not supported for ESX 4.0... maybe because of that limitation...

I get a standard error when trying to migrate x64 vm.

Funny thing is that when I enable 'No-Execute Memory Protection' option I get error on log in screen that this option is disabled.

But when I disable it,there is no error.!file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/bklaric/Desktop/error1.png!

I think you can try upgrading the BIOS, but I am not sure if this will work.

After upgrading bios I get rid of the error message.But still can't run x64 vm.I even set up esx3.0,no luck.
