migrate tab is greyed out

i need to migrate my virtual machines to other esx hosts , but when i right click on vm , Migrate option is greyed out.

Please help.

maybe a permissions issue? also check your vmkernel port to ensure there is checkmark to enable vmotion.

yes Vmotion is enabled at my cluster level.

Have you performed VMotions in th past, with the same account that you are logged in with at the moment?

I was thinking along the lines of Troy, with it being a permissions issue.

Do the VM's have RDM's? or use NPIV/VMDirectPath I/O?
