maximum number of tasks - vm creation

Hey guys,

i am trying to find documentation where it is stated by vmware what is the maximum number of virtual machine created at once i can run on esx 4.0

aka how many batch creation of VM's can i run at once on 4.0?

can someone direct me to a kb or an official document where this is stated?
