Hi Guys,
I have IBM server X3850 X5 / X3950 X5 with embedded ESXi 5.1 that has update2. I just updated from ESXi 5.1 update 2 to update 3. After reboot, below info message flooding in events on that host.
Also getting other alerts like vSphere Distributed Switch teaming matched status, vSphere Distributed Switch MTU supported status & vSphere Distributed Switch vlan trunked status.
Note : Whereas same package deployed on IBM Server X3650 M4 7915 with embedded ESXi 5.1 and they dont logged above events in these hosts.
Could anyone help me to understand about these events ? is it a package issue ? or what else ?
I tried updating via command line : - on different hosts
Method 1: esxcli software vib update --depot=/vmfs/volumes/local-ds1/update-from-esxi5.1-5.1_update03.zip
Method 2: esxcli software vib install--depot=/vmfs/volumes/local-ds1/update-from-esxi5.1-5.1_update03.zip
Method 3: updated via update manager as well
