lost connectivy

Maybe somebody here can help me.

Setup

vCenter 5.5

vSphere 5.5

HP 360 g5 x2

IBM DS 4200, HP eva p6000

4G Fibra channel card lpe 1150 (lpfc820).

After connection SAN to host datatore work normal and i can read/write to it. But after 5-10 min SAN lost connectivity and only work after reset card by one command emulex.

But lost connectivy again. It's happens with IBM and HP SAN, no depends read/write on SAN or not.

Upgrade drivers - nothing

Upgrade host from 5.1 to 5.5 - nothing

it happens again and again...

it means that the San is not accessible on your network. Are you able to ping the San IP from your workstation?

SAN connect with fibra channel to esxi host.

its connect direct to host without switch

Why i need able to ping SAN?

it works perfectly about 5-10 min and lost connection.

I belive it hardware problem.

I think it is more of a SAN level configuration problem, Since it drops off after a while. did you check the VMkernel and vobd.log .??? may be you could post the vmkernel and vobd logs.
