link aggregation / route based on ip hash

Hello all,

I am running ESXi 4.0. I need to know if I need to know if I still need to change my load balancing setting to ‘route based on ip hash’ and do link aggregation at the Cisco SAN switch even after I followed the documentation configuring nics to do MPIO. It seems to be working correctly. I see the 2 Vmkernel ports hitting my SAN and I see both vmk ports under ‘Managed Paths’.
