less utilized hosts virtual machines are migrated by drs

I want to know the reasons why even the DRS is migrating the VM's of that host where the resources are very very less utilized.

DRS may migrate VM's for several reasons like resource contention, DRS rules, latency, and last but not least the threshold setting (e.g. Conservative <-> Aggressive). So you'll need to find out what's configured globally and for individual VM's.

Fully agree with Andre. In vCenter 5.5, we have one option to fine tune DRS/DPM even more conservative
