is there any document or troubleshooting guide for PSOD/BSOD?
That's like asking if there is any information when your car has a malfunction.
DETAILS! There is a code with PSOD, some error message something to give us a clue. From there it can be easier to diagnose, not simply "My car is broke". What's broke, the electronics, engine, transmission.. be more specific.
