Hi

What is the requirements or use cases?
If you want to replicate from from storage, you can look for a third party replication appliance such as EMC RecoverPoint EMC RecoverPoint Disaster Recovery and Data Protection - EMC which supports EMC and other 3rd party arrays.

If you want to replicate from host (ESXi) you can use vSphere Replication which can replicate VMs from one host to another host (same or different site) allowing replication between datastores hosted on any storage array.
