invalid template in vCenter server

ESX: 4.1 U3

vCenter server shows the template as invalid, there are other templates working fine.

I observed that disk size of VM shows as zero and VM does not show the datastore location.

I have tried unregistered and registered but it is invalid state again.

I could figure out the issue, template is incompatible with ESX 4.1 U3
