iSCSI storage is inaccessaible after reboot iSCSI server

After reboot iSCSI server or ESXi, the already built iSCSI datastore show us it is inaccessible. Because of this problem, I need to create iSCSI datastore again and again although adapter and path are found. So, I want to know what is the cause and problem ?
