Connect directly to the ESX and check the information. If it is really not showing the datastores, you may not have presented the LUNs to it. Check also on Storage Adapters if the LUNs are presented.

Yes, it sounds like you have not presented the datastores to the host.  In vSphere, go to Inventory-> Datastores and click to add a datastore.  Make sure you know the network path and name of each datastore.  You will highlight the host in which you are having problems and select the type of filesystem and location.  Sounds like you are probably using Network File System if you are using EMC SAN / NAS storage.

You should be able to get the location settings by looking at the Summary tab for each datastore.

For example:

netfs://10.10.10.10/vmwareDS1 is the location of vmwareDS1 in the summary tab.  Right click to 'add datastore'.  Highlight the host in your cluster, select Network File System on the next page (since the location starts with netfs://), Server will be the IP address (10.10.10.10 in this example) and folder will be vmwareDS1 from this example.  Do not mount as readonly, give it the same name your other hosts know it by, and finish out the wizard.

Hope this helps!
