how to access guest os

I installed ESXi 4 and windows server 2003 as a guest os. Now I am able to access to windows server 2003 through the vSphere Client. How can I access to the windows server directly from remote computer? (ie, without using vSphere client)

Hi,

Consider using RDP (terminal services). Configure this from System properties --> Remote. See attached screen shot.

Set your networking type to "bridged", then the virtual machine behaves just like any other physical machine, as far as the network is concerned. So then you could access any shared folders or connect using RDP or VNC, just like you could on a physical server.
