1. Go to the datacenter and use keyboard, mouse, monitor and try logon over there

2. Take the pill and poweroff your ESX host.
If you cant logon to an ESX with SSH, vSphere Client or DCGUI/Console there is not much left...

Problem is very intersting and streng that all remote servicess are not running.
In this case physically you have to go DC.
And check related ports are not blocked by some one
I had problems on boot disks on both hosts
