Hi,

Do you have VMware Tools installed in your Exchange Server 2010, VMs tend to utilize more CPU and Memory if Vmware Tools are not installed.

What is your alert limit at what stage does an alert trigger 80%, 90%

Try to follow best practises guide for MS Exchange on VMware virtual machine, that will give you some idea if there are certain memory requirements. Try the folloing link http://www.vmware.com/files/pdf/exchange-2010-on-vmware-best-practices-guide.pdf

Try to allocate more vCPUs and memory

Hope the information is helpful

actually the problem exist when moving the memory of exchange, and if you move the vm memory...  the default memory resources will move from the default, and then exchange itself will create big logs inside the disk.  but after i put to default memory settings, exchange removes the big log, so my exchange server is now smaller disk.

sorry about the delay found answer on this, i hope this help others...
