have problem with purple screen error while booting - blade server

Dear

We are facing this error in blade server while booting. server is is in under warranty just 3 months back we bought it.

IBM engineers told no hardware problem.

can i know whether it is hardware or software problem?

we try to reinstall vmware, but it will give same error.

we are using free version vmware.

Looks like the VMkernel is timing out reaching the CPU0. What is the configuration of the server? Is the storage SAN boot? Are the disks made online?
