general system error occured : login as domain user

my esx servers are on the domain but when i try to login as a domain admin user in the domain directly to the server via the viclient it gives me an error

A general system error occured.

any idea?

The domain admins group must be given administrator rights on the ESX(i) host to make this available for a ESX(i) login.

So when you've added the host to the domain, you still need to give the domain admins group administrator rights on your the ESX(i) host.

i did. there is a domain group called ESX Admins. and within that I added the users I am logging in as. Then under permissions in the viclient on the esxhost, I added that group as an administrator.

But still cannot log in as that user. I tried taking it out of domain and rejoining. same issue

I was able to get it to work with build 348481. but not 320137
