esxtop expand/rollup cpu stats

Hi,

I'm using esxi 4.1, SSH'd into it. I'm trying to drill into a vm's cpu stats that has multiple worlds by pressing "e" in the CPU screen. When i do this, it prompts for the vm's GID. However, it will only accept 7 characters. The GID is 8 characters long. Invariably, it tells me the GID cannot be found.

any ideas?

Thank you,

Hello.

See if kb 1031145 is of any help.

Good Luck!

I assume you are pulling the GID from the second column?  how about highlighting the GID in question and then right click on it?  This should add it to the top of the list.
