Hi all

Whats the plan of VMware for using the free Hypervisor 5.5 with VMs V.10? Is there a free vCenter Server in the pipeline?

Otherwise the free Hypervisor make sense such an VMware Player...

Hi,

at VMworld, VMware announced that with vSphere 5.5 U2, the old C# client is able to handle vHW10.

Should be available this month according to the announcement.

The announcement that Tim specified is correct. Old C# client would be able to manage vHW10.

cannot confirm this...

vSphere Client 5.5.0 1281650 is not able to edit vmx-10 VMs on ESXi 5.5.0 U2 2068190 :smileyangry:

This is dissapointing...What's the solution from VMware???

You are using an older vCenter client, try to upgrade to the current one (1993072) and it should work fine.
