Today my esxi HP host was failed with purple screen. I reebooted it and it's ok now.
Here is the screen of error. Can you help me to find what is the problem with the host ?

That looks like an HP smart array driver issue. Check wich driver is installed:
esxcli software vib list | grep -i scsi-hpsa
You will most likely need to update the VIB to the latest from HP.

This is a known problem with the hpsa controller Driver. HP should be aware of this problem since this PSOD is been around for quite sometime now contact HP and they should be able to provide you with the correct driver version.

I also have a problem, after this fault I can't ssh to the server as root. When I typing password shell says Access Denied.(
any thoughts ?

After the Reboot of the Host your shell might be disabled., you may need to enable it.
