esxi storage device naa.xxxx io latency

hi all,in my  vCenter "task and events "all esxi host show device naa.xxxxx  io latency  ,even sometimes show   'because of  connectivity problem lead to the loss of volume xxx access,trying to restore'  .my esxi is 5.5update3a,storage is huawei iscsi disk 。i found vob.log  so many  ［esx.problem.scsi.device.io.latency.high］device naa.xxx performance has  deteriorated.io  latency increase from average value of  xxxx microseconds。

in vmkernel.log   scsideviceio:2363:cmd （0*413xx）0x93,cmdsn xxx  from world xxxx  to  dev ‘naa.xxxx’   failed  H:0x0 D:0x2 P:0x0 valid sense data :0x7 0x27  0x0.

can  anyone help me,  please.

Performance deteriorated messages are most likely related to "Queue Depth" issues. Storage is being over utilized.

how can exactly locate  is storage problem or transport storage flow network or other reaon. (storage network is two link 10gb )storage vendor response storage not over utilized , say  esxi  esxtop  ATSF value is high ,but i don't known  VAAI 'part ATS any connection about my problem. thanks
