Have you guys seen this issue where when you shutdown all your vmguests on esxi 4.1 build 348481 (update1 ), host will get disconnected from Virtual Center. This is an intermittent issue and when I tried to connect to the ILO, i can see that the host is up but it is not pingable and when I hit F2 to authenticate, I just see the Authentication screen but it is blank. I've searched in this forum regarding this but cannot find it. Hardware is HP Blade BL490c G7, HBA is Qlogic. Any thoughts?
