First of all, it is called as Purple Screen of Death :smileyhappy:
Now, you cannot get vmsupport if your server is PSODing at startup itself. Can you post the PSOD screen?
If your server has indeed booted, then vmsupport file would have most of the information required for debugging.
If you are unable to get server to boot, then you can redirect the booting logs to serial port and capture the boot logs from a log file and send the same to HP
