The hint is in the 3rd line of the PSOD ... the chances that this is not a HW / FW issue are diminishingly small. Send your HW vendor the lines with the timestamp near the bottom + anything logged in the BMC / LOM. 6.0 is EOGS (2020-03-12) for a while, so even if your vendor advises to contact VMware GS to "double-check", you'd be turned away.
