esxcfg-info on ESX4i

Hello my friends!

In the past (ESX3) I always use the command esxcfg-info -n | grep -E -i "_name|hint" to show all VLAN ID observed at the NICs.

Today I try to get the same information from one of my vSphere host, but without success.

How can I get this information on a ESX4i?

Thanks.

Best,

Eduardo.

The command still exists on ESXi you just have to enable ssh to use putty to access the command line on an ESXi host.

Hope that helps

You may want to look into using the vMA for your ESXi administration http://www.vmware.com/support/developer/vima/
