esx 4.1 PSOD

I keep having my ESX server crashing with purple screen of death (PSOD).

ESX server config

HP ProLiant DL380 G6

8 CPU x 2.266 GHz

Intel(r) Xeon(R) CPU E5520 @ 2.2GHz

36GB memory

Operating System : ESX 4.1

What i realized the memory is non uniform.

Processor 1 - 20 GB ( 4 GB x 5 DIMM modules)

Processor 1 - 16 GB ( 4 GB x 4 DIMM modules)

Do i have to distribute memory uniform between processors. I have other ESX servers running with above config and don't see this behaviour.

Or is there a patch i have to apply to get rid of this?

Appreciate any help?
