esx 4.0 Maximum Ram Memory supported ??

hi,

I took the "vSphere - Install Configure and Manage" course, and in my course's book its wrriten - Memory - 2GM RAM Minimum, 512 Maximum

but - in vmware official pdf - Configuration Maximums - Size of RAM per Host - 1 TB

i am wondering what is the currect answer for the vcp exam ???

The course notes are out of date - vSphere Enterprise plus supports 1Tb of physical RAM per ESX host.

Don't forget to leave points for helpful/correct posts.

Hi - My recommendation is to use the VMware guides for your study notes, configuration maximums etc - whatever specified in the VMware guides I would take as the answer.

1 TB is the largest amount of supported memory in a vSphere host.
