Please check these logs for more information:
vpxd.log file, located at C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\Logs\ on vCenter server.
syslog.log, located at /var/log on the host.
hostprofiletrace.log, located at /var/log on the host.

Remove the License Key and re-assign to esxi host and then try again to take host profile
