Am about to upgrade my sans firmware and wanted to do a factory reset on it to change the subnet it's on. I have moved the vm's to local storage and the only thing left when i browse the datastore is .dvsData. My question is if i factory reset it, how will this affect my distributed switches?
Also should i go trough and remove the datastores 1st from the hosts or just trouser them via a firmware reset.
