don't manage to access ESXi

Hello everyone !

I'am starting to practise VMware workstation 15. So i'm building my lab.

I 've set up a 2012 R2 windows server as an AD on the LAN segment 1 , and now trying to set up an ESXi 6.7. I've done the configuration network, the " test management network " works and the server is added to the domain hosted by the AD.

The DHCP and DNS are set on the 2012 WS.

Now I am trying to get on the ESXi web interface, but impossible to access to the main menu :

I click on recommended option  but it doesn't work :

And if i try to connect to the login web page by myself :

No form to connect ...

I tried to download all the windows update on my 2012 R2 server but still the same ...

I tried to allow some stuff in the internet option of IE ....

Do you know what i can do to access to the ESXi ?

Thank you in advance !

Oh god !

it is working !

On each video I've seen they were using Internet Explorer so I tought it was OK to use this browser. So i never tought to try with another one...

Sometimes, it's just easy to resolve the problem but you don't even think about that Smiley Happyk

Thank you very much ! VMware is interesting and now i could go forward to learn about it !

Take care with the virus !

When using older IE or IE in general you have to configure the security zone. Based on the zone the IE use different capabilities when is comes to Scripting support like JS. Place the ESXi Management URL in the lowest zone like "Intranet" or so.
