datastore not accessible vsphere 4.0

datastore not accessible on vsphere 4.0...we have a server with fiberchannel connection on hitachi datastore ams2100 and have 2 lun connected, 4 days ago  i try restart my host. and suddenly one of my lun cannot accessible, i already try to rescan datastore. and nothing happen, i still receive error message datastore cannot accessible. can any body help me please...

    Please post the kernel logs once a rescan is initiated also do let me know the NAA id of the lun.

Also let us know if there are any changes in zoning or on the storage level.

is this LUN presented on othe Hosts as well ? if yes, then remove it from the questioned host and add it again

does the LUN in question still has a partition table ? - check with fdisk

is this LUN presented on othe Hosts as well ? yes, i try to add it again with a new signature and it works .... thank you for your help.
