I have an environment Esxi 4 U1 on a IBM X3550 server. RAID10 on 4 SAS hard drives, logical disk is 273GB. The vm server was installed without any problem, two physical systems(Windows 2003) were converted into it(Only C drive of both physical systems were converted due to the hang up when converting all hard drives). After P2V completed successfully, I have to copy all files from other drives of the two physical systems to the new converted virtual systems. Every time, the target virtual system will hang up during the data copying. Then no access to the target virtual machine, copying stopped because the target system is not accessible. datastore no response.
