das.bypass

Dear All,

After I install ESXi6.0, I found the strange message like "das.bypass", but when i try to check the scree with ALT+F1 or ALT+F2,  I can see the prompt

What does it mean ? I'm not sure whether it is normal or not

I guess this would much more than only das.bypass. das.xxxx are advance configuration settings which requires to change only on vendor's recommendations on certain requirements. .bypass settings are to ignore certain pre-requesites of any task for example das.bypassNetCompatCheck=true or false.

You may dig up esxi logs to check exact error.

Maybe it's simply an accidentally configured Welcome Message (see https://kb.vmware.com/kb/2046347)!?
