cpu usage and cpu ready time

i have one guest on esxi 5.0 and windows task manager cpu usage about %78 - %100 but on esxtop cpu ready %0.04 . why cpu usage %78 and esxtop cpu ready %0.04

there are 2 problems in your observations:

1) cpu usage inside of your virtual machine has no relation to the real physical world.

2) cpu usage & cpu ready are totally different....high usage and low ready is totally ok....in short: ready is the time the vCPU had to wait until it was scheduled to the pCPU.
