consolidate snapshot without snapshot manager

Hi there,

its a few days ago, that we have problems with one vm after crash while consolidate snapshots.

The vm ist now running again, but we have a small problem.

In the snapshot manager is just one snapshot. This is a new one which we made after fix the problem.

But when we browse the folder for this machine in the datastore, there will be some snapshot disks for two of our

virtuell disks.

Is there a way to consolidate this disk also?

If you select "Delete All" from snapshot manager it will merge all delta files on base virtual disk, even if the old snapshot is not listed. But, if you want keep the current snapshot for any reason, why not clone the current VM to use as a backup, and then consolidate (using Delete All option) on the old virtual machine.
