Hi,
we will use IPMI suspend and wakeup or Hosts. With IPMI Tool it works fine but when i will setup the settings in vCenter on Host -> configuration -> powermanagement there is a timeout.
I've looked at the vCenter Database, there is a table: [VPX_HOST] with columns: ,[IPMI_IP_ADDRESS] ,[IPMI_MAC_ADDRESS] ,[IPMI_USER_NAME] ,[IPMI_PASSWORD] there are no entries in this fields.
When i add there some informations the are gone after restart of vCenter.
Where does the vCenter store the IPMI settings?
Any other ideas?
