The message is about "Host Profiles". According to the message you most likely created a Host Profile on one host, attached it to another host and did not remediate it. Your options are either to remediate the Host Profile (if you are sure you want to do this) or just detach the host from the profile.
All of the hosts were running ESXi 4.1 build 320137. vCenter Server and Client are both 4.1, build 258902. I did submit an SR to VMware Support, and after discovering that removing & re-adding the host to vCenter resolved the issue
