Ten mi servidor con ESXI 6.7 y quisiera bajarle la compatibilidad hasta Esxi 6.0 .

You will have to manually rebuild the VM on the desired hardware version and attach the "old" disks. If you search here and online, there are a few articles.

You want to downgrade ESXi version from 6.7 to 6 or the virtual machine hardware version compatibility ?
