clone guest with mappid raw lun

i cloned guest with mapping raw lun disk. when it finished i  saw the guest disk file virtual disk. how to change this disk to mapping raw lun disk again. i want to mapping raw lun on clone machine

Make sure the Disk or LUN  which is presented to the VM and Host is visible again , Make sure proper Zoning and LUN masking is done at storage end ,

and Refresh for the new storage and add the Disk as RDM as below

And if i am not wrong the virtual compatibility mode should be selected when you added the RDM to the VM , to make it visible when you clone a machine

Hello,

We have a VM, called VM 1 with Hard Disk 1 as .vmdk and Hard Disk 2 as a RDM.

This RDM is in virtual compatibility mode.

A clone of this VM will always result the RDM to be a .vmdk, and we cannot change that back to RDM.
