When I install vmtools on a citrix presentation server, what should i disable as part of vmware tools?

I did not install XenApp on ESXi 4.1 yet (only 4.0). However, there is nothing I know of what needs to be disabled. As a best practice make sure you don't overcommit memory. When running XenApp on ESXi stand alone hosts, I usually set the memory reservation to the configured amount of RAM (don't do this in a HA environment).

I had it running on esx 4.0 prior to yesterday. But yesterday I moved the vm to a esxi 4.1 host and upgraded the vmware tools. It started to have a lot of issues since. This morning, it shows that no vmware tools were installed. the system log was corrupted and I got windows write delay errors. So I had to reinstall vmware tools this morning. not sure what happened
