change configuration log and Authentication logs

I want to know which logs in ESXi show change configuration logs and Authentication logs?

where are they located and how can I only get those logs?

how can I find them in syslog logs?

Actually I've seen that before, but it doesn't define everything by details

For example, hostd logs consist of any information, either they occurred automatically and it's just some unimportant information or changing configuration 

I want an explanation for the roll logs, to understand them better

Perhaps if you were more explicit as to the types of information you want to know about...?
