please provide the log file from vpx located at C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\VMware\vpx

Any physical network switches between vsphere client and vCenter?

have you tested network latency via Ping?

Try this from Windows 7 ping X.X.X.X -n 20

and make sure you dont have any packets lost 0% lost

You should also have a value of 0 latency

Do you have the same issue accessing the web client

Hello and welcome to the communities.

If the XP machine is on the same network segment, that would seem to indicate that it is something particular to the Win7 box. Any firewalls, VPN clients, or other software that could be blocking it?

Good Luck!

thank you!

with your response, I get the hint.

when i ping my host appears this:

ping 192.168.11.1

response by 192.168.11.8 : unreachable
response by 192.168.11.254 : byte =32 time = 1ms TTL=64

response by 192.168.11.254 : byte =32 time < 1ms TTL=64

It indicate...the cause is "I have 2 NICs."

I disable the nic addressed with 192.168.11.8 and it connect from the first time.

so,I need to change the metric with my NICs.

thank you for give me the pass for log files. It usefull information for me.

I'm sure you already know this but you can change the network card priority order by clicking "Alt" insiade the Network Connections so you can see the "Advanced\advance Settings\Adapter and Bindings priority" move the .118 NIC to the bottom.

Glad you can fix your issue
