cannot complete the configuration of the HA agent on the other host

HA reconfiguration is failing on one of my hosts in a cluster. the vmk nics are up and fine. vmotion vms to another host fails and timeout

What did you do prior to reconfigure the host for HA. Any network modifications?

It appears to be related to the vMotion network.  What are the vmkping times between the Hosts?  Other problems that I have seen with HA configuration have to do with DNS issues with the Host names.  Make sure that all Hosts in the Cluster can resolve each other using short and FQDNs.  Are you performing a Storage vMotion or just changing Hosts?

vmkping times are fine. all hosts can resolve via fqdn or short names. when i try to reconfigure HA. the 1st host in the cluster is fine. but the other 2 gets stuck at 50 and 80% and then errors out. I am just doing a vmotion

trying to do a manual demote and promote but got this error on 2hosts
