can't see HP tape in ESXi 4.1

Hi all

i did p2v to win2k3 server with backup exec app and hp ultrium 1 scsi tape and after it i cant run backup agian.

i move the Adaptec 29160LP card to new server and from new server when i typed :

lspci | grep -i scsi
000:041:01.0 Mass storage controller: Adaptec 29160LP Low Profile Ultra160 SCSI Controller

in backup exec app  -> media i see the HP TAPE.

in esxi gui i can't see the scsi device or HP tape.

could some one help me please ?

i could not find the card in the compatibility guide and hence it could be the reason why it is not detected. http://www.vmware.com/resources/compatibility/search.php
