Hi,
I want upgrade 6.7.0, 15160138, to HPE CUSTOM ISO from NOV 2021.
I used this ISO on more hosts, all was ok. But now I have trouble.
Update via VUM give error that bootbank not have space. I found articles, that delete some VIBs - so done, but without effect.
Next step - install via boot from ISO, but error is image porfile is too large.
I want try download iso again, but from https://customerconnect.vmware.com/downloads/details?downloadGroup=OEM-ESXI67U3-HPE&productId=742 is not possible download this, or anything else from download center. I cannot download offline bundle to make custom iso too.
So I do not know what now I can do. Any idea?
Thank you
Pavel
Hi @Seonet
I have written a blog post about this issue https://stnvblog.azurewebsites.net/index.php/2021/06/04/vsphere-6-7-bootbank-full/
The problem has been resolved in vSphere 7 with a completely new partition layout. If you are not able to upgrade to vSphere 7 and have to reside on vSphere 6.7 this will not help you.
I was able to download the HPE custom image from VMware. I can provide you the iso if you are still unable to download it from customer portal.
Regards
Daniel
