best configuration to deploy a VM-Palo alto

Hello community,

Currently I'm having  issues performance with vm-palo alto next generation firewall under vm-esxi.

Do you know what is the best configuration to support this VM ?

Currently the esxi versio is 5.5

Hello,

If you are using a firewall you have a lot of traffic running in and out to the VM. It would not be a bad idea to configure 1 or 2 Nic's for the firewall. I would also use the baseline of one of their other physical firewalls when configuring memory and CPU. You can adjust the CPU and memory after if it is too much.
