automation independent of language

I need to automate some ESXi commands, and parse the output. For example esxcfg-scsidevs -l (among other commands)

My question is, do esxcfg-scsidevs, and the other esxcfg commands available always output in English?

If not, the parsing becomes more complex.

Output of commandline tools is not localized - so parsing does not need to handle other languages.
