automatic load balance

I currently have essential plus is it possible to have the host migrate to other host is say memory or cpu on one host reaches a set limit.

both host have access to the shared storage. esxi 5.5 vcenter.

You could set alarms that trigger at certain levels and then manually balance since you don't have the DRS feature.

To use DRS (Distributed Resource Schedule) you will need Enterprise or Enterprise Plus edition of vSphere.

No such feature available with essential license. Essential plus will have some cool features but NO DRS(automatic load balancing)
