alert icon with an exclamation point icon

Hi, I'm new to VMware and in our company, I can see both ESX's servers have both alerts. Red icons with exclamation point. How do I check what specific resources is this alert? or how to see the existing status?

Check alert and or alarms if u r in web client they r on the right side of screen , if you r

using c# client inside esxi host they are as a tabs.

It says "Host hardware power status" Appreciate your reply, apologies, really noob when it comes to VMware. I'm not sure if you've also experienced this, after login to vsphere client, as soon as you open one of the VM's it says unable to connect to the MKS: Virtual machine config file does not exist.
